This policy applies to the websites augemusic.net (AUGE MUSIC RECORDS) and augealliance.com (AUGE ALLIANCE), both operated by AugeRecords OÜ.

We only collect the data you send us through the forms on these websites:

• Contact forms (augemusic.net and augealliance.com): name, email address, company (optional), subject or topic and message.
• Work with us form: name, artist or label name, type of applicant, email address, phone (optional), country, details of your project and catalogue, links to your music and social media, and your message.
• A record of your consents: the text you accepted, the date and the language of the form.
• Technical data strictly necessary to protect the forms against abuse, such as your IP address, kept only temporarily in memory.

• To answer your enquiries — legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to the messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
• To evaluate your application and, where appropriate, prepare a collaboration — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To send you an automatic confirmation that we have received your message — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To protect the website against spam and abuse — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact messages are kept for 12 months and applications for 24 months from the date we receive them, so that we can reconsider them for future opportunities; after that they are deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time. If a collaboration begins, your data will be kept for as long as the agreement requires and as required by law (for example, accounting obligations).

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. To operate this website we use service providers that process data only on our behalf and under a data processing agreement: Neon (database, hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt, Germany), Resend (email delivery) and our website hosting provider. Some of these companies are based in the United States; where data may be accessed from outside the European Economic Area, transfers are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and is stored encrypted in the database. Access is limited to the people in the company who need it to handle your request, and we keep a record of the consents given and of the actions taken on personal data. If a personal data breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate within 72 hours and, where required, inform you without undue delay.

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and you can object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to kont@augemusic.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence. We will answer within one month of receiving your request.

The forms on this website are intended for people aged 16 or over. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or legal guardian to contact us on your behalf.
